Spirit Halloween Multi-Prop Remote, Multicolor

Works perfect for my Home Depot Jack skellington, see video. It does not have batteries so for the price that's isn't good. It requires 2 AAA batteries for each boc with the 3.5mm jack and a 4LR44 for the controler. See picture. But works as it should! Make sure to put the batteries correctly as you don't want to fry your experience prop. I used thw controller about 20ft away and it worked perfect!!

I installed these on my Disney automated Christmas decorations and they work like a charm. I was able to bypass the motion sensor and auto control these with the provided remote and just loved the idea of having control over the decorations as they would all turn on at the same time.

I really like this product! It’s so easy to use by simply plugging one of four provided transponders into your props’ “Try Me” jack, switching the transponder on (batteries not included), and then simply pressing the corresponding button on the wireless remote to trigger your prop. I took off one star because two attempts to get an answer to a technical question about the transponder’s relay contact rating from their “Dr. Zombie” Tech Support failed. They suggested that I should instead ask their other customers for the answer(!). Still... a fun & functional little product for which it’s easy to think of all kinds of additional remote control uses.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This new model of this set is horrible. I couldn’t get it to work at all. I have a set that I purchased two years ago and works perfectly which is why I wanted to get another one since we now have more animatronics. Super excited tonight for Halloween. Then much to our surprise this new model doesn’t work at all. The lights come on the remote and the animatronic would come on when we walked up next to it. Which isn’t the point of these.

This works as described, but is getting only 3 stars because it is extremely overpriced and doesn't come with the more obscure battery needed for the remote (each unit also requires 2 AA batteries, but those are obviously easy to find). The battery can usually be found in hardware or drug stores, but they list its less common name - 4LR44 (not to be confused with the LR44, which is a totally different battery). You can find it more commonly from Energizer as the A544 (which indeed does work). It's just unnecessarily confusing, and again, should have just been included. If this had been half the price, it would get five stars, or even if it had been a little bit more than that and included the battery, but at this price point and the lack of the battery, as well as they cheap plastic casings, make this way over priced. If there were any alternatives, I would have gotten them - unfortunately there isn't, as they seem to have some sort of patent on this.

Much better than using the footpads or built in sensors.

When I first opened it up, nothing happened. I tried wiggling the switch, double-checked the batteries—still dead silent. Just to test it further, I hooked up a step pad, thinking maybe the animatronic itself was faulty. That did the trick. It suddenly jolted to life—and just like that, it worked.

These worked perfectly with my animatronic set up. Definitely better than a foot pad activation. I’m glad I was able to find these. Worked as intended.
