That would be a really fun test!IBEX, Pelican - I CHALLENGE YOU to each send me your versions of ^ this case so I can shoot them! I'll even film it in 4k, slow motion and *give* you a copy.So...This case. I have had the Pelican version, so I can speak to both!Other than the latches, this case is slightly better than the Pelican (IMHO). I can't put my finger on *why* I like it better, but I do!However...the latches...I have several IBEX cases and the latches scare me a little. They've *never* failed...I have no reason to be frightened by them...but they're a little difficult to secure and feel "flimsy" without actually *BEING* flimsy! I see the design is segmented, and I'm guessing that is why they feel this way, and it is a good design. But they don't inspire that feeling of confidence, and that solid *THUNK* the Pelican latches have.However, I give them 4 stars - because I realize it may just be my own personal take and I DO keep buying IBEX cases (and Pelicans!). AND IBEX has never failed on me (and I pray they never will!
