The lamp can either be used on the wheels it came with making it somewhat portable or it can be attached to a table/wall through it’s clamp. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for open floor space *by M***Y on June 4, 2025* I bought this to go beside my desk however the base is so large, it doesn't fit where I need it. The lamp itself is sturdy and on the heavier side so the wider base is probably necessary for stability. The light is bright which was the main goal, however, like my previous magnified floor lamp, the bulb part is LED and not replaceable (that I've found), so once it dies, the whole lamp has to be trashed - bad for the environment and my pocketbook. If I were working in a profession with more open floor space around the workstation it would be great. It might also work in a spacious home next to a couch or chair for crafts, however it takes up about the same amount of space as an end table (roughly 30" square).
