My son was mostly true to size in 2t when I purchased this and it fit him perfectly. The hat is not the greatest and doesn’t offer much room for any babies head. I used a different hat I already had. Also the fish broke off relatively easy and I had to re-sew them on. They are like a sturdy paper sewed onto fabric. I would’ve preferred the actual fish were fabric as well. It was still a little snug on him but we got it on.
