It has a STRONG belt clip, so no worries about it coming loose in practically ANY activity I can think of. For EXTRA security, you can use the loops on the back also to bind it to your belt.I orginally bought two of these at a mall kiosk before I found this on Amazon. Paid $30 for two and when my wife misplaced hers, I found this gem of a price on Amazon.I also got my wife the Mophie attachment charger for iPhone 4 and it works perfectly with this case.As for me, I have kept my iPhone 4 in a soft cloth sunglasses pouch with a draw string and then carry that combination in this case. It has worked like a charm.I highly recommend this for any phone that can fit in it.
