Anyway, great piece of equipment and seems to be very stable. I’m 6 foot 270lbs and been lifting 45 years. Grab this for dips mainly to help prevent injury (60yrs old). Love it and highly recommend. Easy to assemble with help of YouTube video in conjunction with instructions. Took about 3 hours. Assembled solo, recommend someone assisting on dip and chin up rack. Review: Excellent workout and stretch - Very sturdy for 200lb male. This allows me to do full extensions for pull ups, shoulder dips and even downward military presses on the knee cushion. I think, after first my day, that this will be a game changer on getting me back to un-assisted chin ups and bar dips. Great weight storage and easy on/off as well.
