Great product!! I purchased 3.5 years ago and it does the job! The bottom has rusted alot so it's time to replace but I'm happy with the purchase overall and the use i got from this product for the price

This is a good value and ideal for razor blade disposal as it doesn't take up much room in my medicine cabinet. My only issue is that the bottom plate is not a tight enough fit and feels very loose. As I only just bought it and haven't yet put many used blades in it, I'm not that concerned......but my guess is that I'll end up taping the bottom securely before I add to many more blades. That way I mitigate the risk of the thing opening and spilling razors all over the place. That would suck.

As I wet shave with both SE and DE Razors and the blades are very thin, it's important not to just drop them in the bin in the bathroom (they'll slice through the bin liner)! This is a very convenient place to put them; I've been using it for a month now. It has a removable base and a small slot on top. The plan is, when it gets full to transfer the blades into an empty metal coffee container, then dispose of that (with a lid) at the appropriate time. As it's black, you can notice the water spots (see photo), but that does wipe off very easily. This is a very nice blade disposal case and I would recommend it!

Overall makes it super easy to keep my used razor blades in a safe place until I can dispose of them. If you put it in a tall cabinet of some sort, you could potentially help keep it away from children that way. Be careful though, because if it falls, the razor blades can still fall out of the top slit in the disposal case. So it's good overall, but, again, be careful.

I just recently got on the safety razor bus that everybody has been talking about. I love it! No more forking over huge bucks for razor cartridges and the reduced waste is awesome! Glad this little razor bank is so cheap because in my area, they ask that when the bank is full, that you tape it shut and toss the whole thing in the recycling bin for metal. However, this little bank is pretty roomy and I only go through 2 razors a month at the most, so I expect that it will take me quite a long time to fill it (I'm talking maybe a year or more!) I can spare under 4 bucks a year to recycle the bank along with the razors! When I need a new one, I will be back!!!
