Review: Looks good but also functional! - I bought this product a few days ago for prime deal. I verified the wireless charging capabilities using my girlfriend's iphone8, and it works well. The design is chic, and the cover is made of leather, which is a plus, giving the whole product a more luxurious feel. I wish the corners were better manufactured since the leather wrapping was not consistent for each corner, but I am also a picky reviewer haha. I also like how big this mouse pad since I can charge many electronic devices at once. In general, I think I will purchase more, since this can be a great gift for my coworkers. Especially those who don't like to have cluttered desk.

**Q: Mine says charging when i first set down my phone but then stops immediately, i updated to ios 13, could that be the problem?**
A: You are right. We are currently experiencing few customers bringing that issue as well, so we are under investigation on the problem that occurred by updating iPhone iOS 13. **Q: Does it charge with a slim case on or do you have to remove the case?**
A: Slim case is Okay, but If the case is too thick you need to remove the case :)

**Q: How many devices can you charge at one time?**
A: You can only charge one device. Charging or attempting to charge more than one device will not work for more than a few moments and will cause the pad to overheat.
