And, the second is a super bright LED flashing strobe that temporarily blinds and confuses the dog. Helps stop the approach of unwanted dogs up to 40 feet. Also has a training setting. Requires one 9 volt battery and can also be used as a flashlight!

**Q: from where this item ? made in ???**
A: I'm not certain where it is made but don't waste your money on it because it doesn't do what they say it will do.  I am very disappointed in it and sorry I spent the money for it.  As a matter of fact, I'll sell you mine for $15.00 if you want flashing lights and a high pitch sound that does nothing to deter animals!

Works on most dogs. I’m somewhat pleased with this product but does not work on all dogs. I’m a home delivery man so I deal with dogs on a daily basis.

This product is very effective in thwarting unruly dogs (even if the owner do his part). I used once and the dog cried. Since then, the owner changed his route in walking his dog.

Verdict still out!  So far, hasn't worked over 10-ft.Bought it for jogging and bike riding.  Haven't tried it that close.  Don't, though, feel it's what it's supposed to be.  Dogs didn't even look my way!!
