Normally I'm a flat as can be pillow person, but I began meditating a couple of months ago and immediately had to use a puffier pillow but it still wasn't supportive enough and I would scrunch and bunch it all night to try to get it to do what this pillow does all by itself. It's extremely comfortable and I have used it blissfully every night since. It has been two days and half waiting for this pillow to grow and it hasn't. It doesn't look or feel as firm as the picture makes it look. The foam feels like a cheap foam you can get from any package. Sent an email to support with pictures and still waiting response. As soon as you purchase the pillow they send you a list of instructions and one of the main ones are "wait at minimum 24 hours before use" well is been almost 36 and I haven't been able to use this pillow. Don't waste your money, I'm going to ask for a refund as I type this.Update 11/3/19- now they wrote me an email that now I have to wait 72 hours before the pillow fully expand.
