The front flap doesn't close flatly (instead, it sits in a slight tent-like shape across the front), and the side of the case doesn't accommodate the side buttons very well (making them rather difficult to press). My case arrived with multiple small scratches along the top (parts where the leather-like material was missing, and the material underneath was showing through.) Likewise, the material covering the case in general just feels cheap. The insert side for the tablet didn't even line up right neither was it a tight fit. Once I closed the case, that was out of line as well.
