I've had it in the projector for 3 weeks, with around 60 hours on it. No problems yet. I'm not sure if it's as bright as an OEM lamp, but it's pretty close. The only thing I find unusual, is I get more light bleed from the front vent that I don't remember from the other lamps. Not sure if it has a shield missing or what. Just a little weird.
