Levi's Men's 527 Slim Boot Cut Jeans

Levi's 527 jeans are the best fit for tall, thin, athletic builds. These are the only jeans I buy anymore, because they are so consistent with the fit. The girlfriend always love the fit on me as well. Their 34" length is actually 34" long (I'm 6'3"). I've purchased so many pants that claim a 34" length, but are not. Since I started doing leg workouts, I have one pair that fits a bit tight around the thighs as my leg muscles increased, but all my other 527s (I've had about 6 pairs of various colors) fit great. They also last a long time, though my bike riding to work now has begun to wear out the butt a bit faster, but I'm still very happy with the durability. I'd say I get around 2-3 years with the pairs that I wear ALL the time (again, only because of the bike seat wear), and then 4-5 years with the pairs I wear slightly less often. After about 4-5 years, the colors begin to fade and the knees start ripping. But that doesn't stop me from wearing them to concerts or very informal occasions, as they still look cool. I don't know what I will do if Levi's stops making this fit... Or if I get fat...

I love my Levi's. I am a 33 year old male and it took me, well, up until I was like 29 to even try on Levis as I always purchased Abercrombie or American Eagle or even Calvin Klein, Lucky Jeans, Kenneth Cole, etc. Once I decided to try on some Levis I spent some time trying different styles, different fits and washes and the shear amount of variety that they offer turned me into a Levi's only customer for the rest of my life. I tend to fluctuate in weight around 15 lbs from summer to winter so I have 75% of my Levis in a 32/32 and they fit great, while in the summer I usually wear a 30/30 while wearing shoes without socks or sandals of some type (usually Clarks boat-shoes.) They go great with most outfits. I prefer the 527 which is the Slim Boot cut because they are not baggy, not tight, but just right, with the above the knee being more form fitting but around the below knee/boots area baggier which gives the appearance of not swearing slim/tight jeans. Doesn't really "jive with my fashion nor anatomy. I prefer those during the winter. So grab a light pair, a dark pair and a pair somewhere in the middle or even a black pair and you will definitely find the pair that fits you PERFECTLY. Also I like the 514's which I tend to wear more in the summer as they fit better with my shoes. And while usually selling at an MSRP of $68 a pair you can frequently find them on Amazon and real stores for less but the best deals I've found are on Amazon. $29/$39. Quality is pretty good. No complaints. Even turned my wife into a Levi's only wearing woman.

I purchased an 527 levi at a local store and it still is a little to big for me. Although I have to say it wasn't a slim fit like this one. I Still was a bit sceptical to buy a size 32 since the previous 34 still is a bit on the large side for me. But it turns out this 34 is just my size. It is like the name says slimmer than the regular boot cut I had previously. But other than that the shape is pretty and this gives me just enough reason to stay with my boot cuts from levi's. I plan to wear them forever. For me this is the only model to go with since I like wearing boots (as I work in Civil engineering) and for me a boot cut levi;s on top of some nice caterpillar boots is the best look ever. I can't wait to purchase my next pair I want to own them in every color possible!!!

Overall I really liked these, as I find it difficult to find bootcut jeans that fit me well, don't have flashy stitching, and come in the color I like. I found all of those items in these, and the cost wasn't excessive. However, after only 9 months of use the stitching/seams on the crotch tore apart. I wear these jeans casually, and they are part of a 4 or 5 pair rotation, so it is not like I was using them excessively. Unfortunately, that is not a place that can be easily fixed with a patch or sewing so they will most likely be tossed/recycled. The other odd thing is that the front pockets go to the inner leg/junk area, which can be a bit uncomfortable if you have a cellphone and wallet in each one.

I owned Levis 527 Boocuts already and was very happy with the fit. I wanted a few more pairs. Normally I wouldn't buy jeans (or any pants) online since I prefer to try them on first but I took a chance since I figured same brand, same size, same cut, same style etc. I looked at the size of my current 527's and ordered these with the same waist and inseam. They arrived and I couldn't be happier. It's a good fit. They are just a tiny bit more snug than my old 527s but still comfortable. The colors are ok. I ordered Overhaul and Tumbled Black. The overhaul is fine. It's a dark blue jean that one could wear casual or with a blazer. The black is a slightly distressed, faded black. I would prefer and actual black jean but this seems to be all they offer now. I own an older pair of low-rise, boot cut 527 in Jet Black. I wish they offered these still.

Good pair of jeans. Material is as rugged as any brand on the market. No Odor which I appreciate. Material is a good color and the zippers go up and down with ease. Overall a good value for the money.

Bought these Levi’s for my husband who lost weight due to grief. It’s really difficult to find jeans and pants to fit him and these are perfect! I ordered a 30x32 and they are true to size because his 31’s were falling down! The value, fit, and color of the wash are all great!! The jeans look really nice on him. Thank you!

I've been ordering the same 30x30 size using reorder for 3 years now. The first two times they fit perfectly like they were tailored for him. The latest pair ordered and delivered yesterday is extremely baggy and the fabric appears to be of lower quality. The inseam is 2 to 3 in too long and they are baggy In the waist. I'd really love to know how they can be that inconsistent? It appears that they are genuine Levi's and as stated I ordered through the same link I've been ordering through using reorder for the last 3 years. I am very annoyed that this happened. I'm hesitant to purchase ever again. This is a huge inconvenience

These Levi’s 527 jeans are comfortable right from the start and have a good overall fit. The slim bootcut style works well if you want something that isn’t too tight but still has a cleaner look through the legs. The denim feels like the typical Levi’s quality I’m used to — not too stiff, not too thin, and something that should break in nicely over time. I’ve always worn Levi’s, so the sizing and feel were familiar, and these fit exactly the way I expected. They sit well at the waist, the length is accurate, and the slight bootcut gives enough room for different types of shoes without looking baggy. They’re just a solid, dependable pair of jeans that work for everyday wear. I always recommend Levis to our friends! (I only take pictures if I think I can take better product pictures than the ones in the ad, or different types of pictures than what the other reviews before me have posted.)

Took a while for these to be delivered, but upon reciept, I was a little suprised to see they were shipped from China. Look good and fit well, and quality is what I would expect from Levi product, so quite happy really, but Levi's from China seems a little strange to me. Seems like everything comes from there at present, so should not really be suprised, but are they genuine or not ? Hard to tell, therefore 4 stars.

De todos los pantalones Levis que he comprado, y dado que conozco perfectamente mi talla, en este caso sí fue un poco más reducida de lo que esperaba. Compré una talla 32 y para este par no recomiendo mucho que se animen ya que de la cintura a penas cierra y se convierte en algo incómodo para usar durante gran parte del día.
