After buying, installing and finding this device not working on my truck, I contacted Range support, here is their response "We unfortunately do not officially support the 10 speed vehicles yet. The units that we currently have will generally work for the 10 speed vehicles, but there are some minor kinks that still need to be worked out with them before we officially release anything. Thanks. The response time and feel of the engine is much better.
