They arrived quickly and very well-packed. Despite the amazing packing, two pieces were broken which I attributed to poor handling by the carrier (it happens). I contacted Elama customer care and they immediately sent out replacements for the broken pieces. I was so impressed!! The replacements arrived about a week later and they were very carefully packed and wrapped. Unfortuantely, they did send me the wrong plate (large instead of small) so I called again. They immediately agreed to re-ship the small plate and I get to keep the other one. Literally THE BEST customer service I have ever received buying anything EVER. The reps speak English well. They are kind, respectful, and efficient. The longest part of my call was the hold time of 3 mins. Absolutely freaking stellar!!! I will buy from this company without question each and every time I need dishware or any other kitchen supplies they offer from NOW ON. They are incredible! The customer service alone is worth 5 stars!As for the set - it is absolutely beautiful! Great quality, dishwasher/microwave safe. Nice, smooth, elegant coloration. They are not lightweight but also not super heavy. The perfect middle ground that lets you know it is sturdy and will last. I am so excited to get rid of my other dishes and use these. The bowls are beautiful too. The curves really compliment the set as a whole. Each box I got came with information about 1 year extended warranty and the customer service number. The items were all packed so that they didn't touch one another or rattle around. . I am so very please with this order!!! It is 100% worth the price and the customer service is UNBEATABLE!
