This has been a great source of protein and energy, it has 20 grams of protein per bottle and only 90 calories per bottle. You can drink it on the run or before a workout. It comes in several flavors its not fizzy so it makes it very easy to swallow. Its not chalky and has no weird smell. What I also love is its gluten-free and lactose-free, no artificail sweetners and they use a green coffee bean to give you energy. If you dont want the energy then they have several other options as well. Its well worth the price and you can have the convenience to set up auto delivery to save more money. I drink this everday and do not get tired of it, it tastes great and the flavors are true to what they say. Highly recommend it for some great protein.

A: The Cherry Lemonade + Energy and Blueberry Raspberry + Energy do not contain Erythritol.

A: I drink is because I need the protein ,I don't think it's going to make you gain weight. At least I haven't gained any weight from it.
