It worked fine for one month. suddenly it stops feeding my dog. this was due the food jammed in the mechanism.One week ago, the "CPU" collapsed. no accepts any command nor programming.The alarm beeps ten times and then no work anymore.I surely will not recommend this feeder. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Overall this isn't a bad feeder. However *by A***N on April 16, 2016* Overall this isn't a bad feeder. However, some times we get ERR on the display and the feeder won't run automatically. The power switch is on the underneath of the unit, which is not very easy to turn on and off when there is food in the feeder. We've had this unit a few years and I STILL have to take the directions out to program it because it is not easy to program. We've been happy so far, but recently we went on a trip and it ERR while we were gone and no food would run. Fortunately, I had a family member come over and make sure my cats were fed. Due to the ERR that is starting to occur more often and the challenge in having to reprogram it, I am now looking for a new feeder.
