For a vegetarian or vegan to have this option instead of fish oil is really awesome. For years, I had broken my vegetarianism to get omega oils. Because of high triglycerides. Then I tried these. I wasn't taking them daily. Then I got my labs. And was suggested I go on meds. I said "Let me have 3 months to do what I need to do... on my own. If they don't improve, we'll have this discussion again." In that time, I took these daily (just 1 a day). I re-tested, and it had improved enough for the med discussion to not have to take place. 2 years later, I am still taking them daily. My labs just came back lower than I have remembered them being in decades. Call me a believer.. they're in my daily intake for good!
