USA Pan Bakeware Mini Cupcake and Muffin Pan, Nonstick Quick Release Coating, 24-Well, Aluminized Steel

this was obviously a little more expensive than some other choices. However, it is worth every penny. It heats very evenly, doesn't work, and the muffins released easily. It cleans well. I am considering replacing my other muffin pans with this brand.

USA pans are without any doubt THE best bakeware available. Yes, they are much more costly but you ARE paying for quality. Their thickness insures even baking, the non stick is not a coating so it endures very well. They are heavier weight than most bakeware, but that is because they are thick metal and not the usual thin metal pans. They feel good in hand even with old arthritic fingers. They are as rust resistant as you make them. If you put deep scratches in them, dishwasher wash them, don't dry them well, store them in a damp area....yes they will rust. I NEVER wash my bakeware in the dishwasher. I don't care how much they claim you can. The soap is extremely corrosive. I've had brand new, very expensive metal cookware that was put in the dishwasher come out looking like trash. The finish was gone after one single wash. Yes, it's more of a hassle to hand wash but you'll have beautiful pans for many years to come. I still have aluminum bakeware that my mother bought when she was a newlywed (1950) and they are still perfect because a dishwasher has never touched them.

This is the second mini cupcake pan that I have purchased. Gradually I have transitioned over to the USA pans, I love them so much. They seem to cook better, clean up better, and are so well made. I appreciate that they are manufactured in this country.

I'm writing this review while I'm enjoying my first batch of mini Bran Muffins in this USA Pan. Love this pan! Quick release without any liners or butter/oil. They literally fell out with no effort. We'll see how that holds up years from now but from the reviews I don't think that'll change with proper care. As far as how it baked the muffins, I couldn't ask for a better result! My goal was to find a high quality, toxic free pan and this is it. The price is high compared to other brands but in my experience the other brands didn't hold up to constant use. The cost of those pans went up significantly with having to spray or butter each compartment not to mention the extra work of scrubbing each one. The oil always left a gummy residue after baking. This pan honestly only needs a wipe down from some residual batter. I will handwash it as directed.

These USA pans are excellent quality, bake better than expected and are very easy to clean up. I'm ordering them in every size!

I swear by USA Bakeware and this pan is no exception, This pan is very thick and heavy, which makes for great baking. I love this mini size, it's perfect for appetizer bites. The quality of this brand for bakeware is unmatched and I have tried alot. If you bake in this pan vs another brand the food will bake more evenly and turn out much better than the other pan I promise you. While these are pricey they are well worth the price

Mini honey cornbread muffins are a favorite menu item when the family gathers at my place for a special breakfast. So I was very happy when my new USA Mini Muffin Tin arrived in time for Easter. Influenced by sooo many reviews claiming "perfect muffins every time" and that "nothing sticks" so "you don't have to use nonstick spray prior to baking," I wanted to experience the joy for myself. I actually did have second thoughts, but then, against my better judgment, I skipped the baking spray, filled each cup with batter, popped the muffin tin in the oven, and waited patiently for the warm smell of honey cornbread to fill the kitchen. When the muffins reached the perfect shade of golden brown, I happily removed the muffin tin from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then began using my miniature silicone spatula to remove each muffin from the tin. I'm sure you can imagine my disappointment when 20 of the 24 muffins stuck to the pan. (smh) I still like this muffin tin very much. It's a nice weight, is easy to clean, and seems durable. I do recommend buying one and I might buy a second one for myself, but I strongly suggest that you use a baking spray every time. After the disaster on Easter, I went back to using Baker's Joy. It's been working fine with this pan and easily washes clean.

This pan is the most awesome one ever had, and i have bought a few different types. No sticking at all the muffins pop right out, hardly any clean up and just all in all the best pan. I love it.
