I highly doubt this sheet is Egyptian Cotton and 800 thread count. It is the roughest sheet I've ever owned. Do not waste your money. I am very unhappy with the product and believe the seller is running a scam of falsely advertising the product then sending a cheap, rough sheet with a fake tag on it.

We use European-style individual duvets, so we don't need top (flat) sheets.  It's hard to find a bottom, fitted sheet without all the extras which we do not need.  We are very pleased with this purchase.  The 800 thread count makes it feel luxurious, and it's very deep, so it fits all the way to the bottom of our deep mattress which also has a 4 inch memory foam topper.

I don't write many reviews, however this sheet is absolutely terrible!! Buyer beware!!!  This sheet is far from 800 thread count and about as far as Egyptian cotton I have ever seen..  I would give it 200 thread count max.  This sheet is probably the most uncomfortable sheet that I have every used.
