**Q: will this hold only round bottles? What about toilet bowl cleaner...I don't know of any that come in a round bottle.**

A: My ruler says 3.75 inches each.  It's the largest cup-holder diameter I've been able to find on Amazon.

**Q: Will this hold mason jars? Wanting to use it for colored pencils**
A: This DOES NOT hold 32 oz. (quart) Ball Kerr Mason jars! Pints (16 oz.) or the tall Pint-and-a-half (24 oz.) do fit, but not snugly; they would shift and bump each other.
