Will i be able to change out the w.a.s.d keycaps with the hyperx ones ?? or just any at all ?

Yes. Any CherryMX-style keycaps will fit, including the Hyper-X ones.

Can apex send me correctly printed keys? (i.e., number "4" should be under the "$") number and punctuation keys look horribly wrong on apex 7.

You will need to take it up with the manufacturer, SteelSeries. This is a stylistic choice however, and you can purchase different Keycaps if you don't like the ones it ships with.

Will aftermarket pbt key caps work on this board? is this a standardized board?

For the keycaps/switches for the Apex 7, they're swappable and replaceable.
