I was quite annoyed by this and posted about my experience. I honestly expect things to work and not break so quickly. However, Housmile contacted me shortly later and apologized for my poor experience, asking if I would be interested in a replacement in order to make up for the previous unit. I accepted and have been pleased with the replacement unit. I am very happy to change this review to a positive one, specifically targeted at how well Housmile's customer service handled the scenario.NOTE: This isn't an excuse to treat sellers like garbage in order to receive free things. Even on a solid floor I can get a different reading every time I step on the scale, and the readings fluctuate wildly even with the slightest of movements. What's the point of a scale if I have to step on it multiple times and then average the readings?I just threw this thing into the dumpster.
