First few days can be really uncomfortable and even cause pain till you break them in but after that really comfortable. I vear them for 12 ish hours a day without any kind of aftermarket gel inserts or anything and shoes are really comfortable my feet also don't hurt and are not that tiered. Have them what 2 3 weeks now no damage on them what so ever. Would recommend.
