Half a centimetre can make a difference in a shoe. I bought it for cushioning in a boot and it wasn't soft enough and made my boot tight. I went for more of a memory foam. **Q: Do they stick in the shoe/boot or are they mobile & able to slip?** A: No they don't stick on your shoe. But they don't move when you walk either. **Q: I am a size 3 will these be ok?** A: Hi There are different sizes, so a small should be fine.
