Follow them to the tee and if you don't work in a laboratory with an autoclave, just replace the autoclave step with pressure cooker/canner 30 min at 15psi. I have a pressure cooker but get lazy some times and just boil inside of a (1/2 pack 26g)quart sized Mason jar with 16.9 oz water. Get a big pot with a lid. Fill the pot a third way up. Set a bowl in the middle. Next set your jar full of agar mix in bowl Top pot with lid and boil for 30 mins. I said boil for 30 not 30 all together. Once it starts to boil set your timer for 30 mins.
