Review: Not "mint", but not bad... - These are pretty much what they claim to be: refinished (repainted), used, Pro V1 golf balls. I wouldn't call them "mint", though: they do have small nicks and scrapes in the cover that are visible even with the fresh paint on top. I'm about a 9 handicap, and don't notice any difference in performance between these and the retail version, though. They feel slightly softer in the hand (probably due to the clear-coat finish), but respond similarly to putts and iron shots.
