Will this work for nipple piercings or septums?

I believe it will. I had an infected belly button piercing and it healed it in the first couple of uses. It has numbing pain relief too. Highly recommend for piercings. Good luck!

Can this be used to help numb during tattooing?

Regular Bactine is not enough. I use Max with a lot of my clients and they all tell me how much it helps. BUT, it doesn't work on closed skin, so you really need to use it farther along in the process after you've already started packing shading or color. I alternate wiping with green soap and Bactine Max and that seems to really be the best way.

Can you do bulk order?

If you do the Subscription( Subscribe and Save), it comes with 2 bottles per shipment and you control how often it is shipped.

Is it external use only?

According to the directions, it is absolutely for external use only. Also, according to the instructions, this formulation is NOT to be applied to an open wound.
