The blower no longer bothers me as it was easy to get use too. I have had no problems whatsoever. It warms up nicely and seriously puts out heat. Extremely happy with purchase.--------------------I really do love the look of this electric fireplace. The flame is beautiful. If you can't have a real fireplace, this is a wonderful substitute. Nothing beats a real wood crackling fireplace as it is a comforting as 'comfort food'. However, having to scoop ash and clean wood burning stove glass door and hauling wood in from the outside, this is hands down a winner. Just the ambiance makes it my 'comfort food'.The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the blower is louder than I really like. It's not a deal breaker as I would still recommend it, but just a bit loud. I have not used the heat much as it is not needed at this time so I can't really say how well it heats this space.
