Once I rinse my hair they're gone. I purchased my first bottle through another website but I found it cheaper here on Amazon. My second is on the way.I've tried Wen several times on and off and I couldn't get use to it. It just did not work for me. First-time use after a long break would be ok, then a couple of uses later (or the next day) my hair would feel oily and heavy. Wen's claim was that you could stop using all of your other products because the shampoo itself would do the work. It didn't exactly do that, I still had to use other products to style my hair and get it to look the way I liked.This shampoo surprised me in a very good way. I love the minty, clean smell. My hair is wavy/curly but l like to wear it straight. In my "previous hair life" I had to use at least 2 products after each wash, go through it with a big round brush first and then flat iron the ends. With this one, once I'm done washing my hair, I go straight to styling. Some days I don't even use the flat iron because it just looks perfect as is. Smooth, shiny and manageable.I definitely recommend it. It is non foaming shampoo, so it takes a while to get used to it. It goes on and coats the hair while it cleans, can't really explain it any other way. There is no need for conditioner as this product conditions and shampoos at the same time. It's a little expensive, but given that you won't need conditioner, it's actually a money and time saver.
