There’s adjustable pressure settings and customizable hotkeys. My current set back with it is that sometimes the tracking can be off or skip, but it is not so prevalent it’s frustrating.

Battery life in wireless mode is great, and its easy to just throw it on the cable and charge up once it gets low in wired mode without skipping a beat. Expresskeys are a nice bonus, especially when even Wacom's pen displays are removing them so they can upsell you on their remote. Condition was mint, may as well have been new. At the full retail price, other companies like Huion offer more bang for buck, but refurb price and bluetooth are hard to beat if you wanna take it on the go with you.

A: It does. You download it online with codes they provide you once you register the tablet on the Wacom site.

**Q: Can I use this product with apps other than art apps? Such as the whiteboard function on Zoom?**
A: yes

**Q: is this compatible with catalina os?**
A: It is, though you may have to go through a couple settings steps on the computer if it doesn't work initially. You would have to Google that. But yes, I just installed the latest Catalina update and mine is working fine.

**Q: does this work with krita?**
A: It should work with Krita, Intuos is a hardware with with Window OS.  If you use Windows version of Krita, you should be OK.
