Standardized Tongkat ali

I have been taking this via a 21-day on 7-day off cycle of only two pills per day for over two months now and have noticed increased energy. I plan to start exercising again soon and I do feel I will have more energy when I do from taking this regularly. The last time I took my blood pressure a few weeks back, it was my best reading in a long time, 120/81. There is research out there that shows Tongkat Ali (TA) helps alleviate the effects of systemic body stress such as that caused by inefficient sleep issues where your body produces too much cortisol, etc. I don’t believe I have any testosterone issues, but I do feel that my sex drive feels like it has a little more kick from taking TA. Like many supplements, unless you are a high-powered athlete, I don’t think you need to stack your intake of this – Moderation is always good. Then see if your body needs more from there. And don’t count on TA helping with ED issues if they are more cardiovascular related - I don’t think it will help improve things here. The last thing I can say is that I did notice that my ejaculate now has more volume which I mention as something that could help men who have had issues with getting pregnant with their partner/spouse – This would be a good thing to stack odds in your favor if you have experienced such issues. Overall, I highly recommend Herbolab Tongkat Ali as a regular supplement and it is great that you can now order it on Amazon and receive it at your home in two days!

I am a very active guy in early 40’s. I tried pretty much every natural testosterone booster supplement out there to increase health and performance: tribulus terrestris, Yohimbe, horny goat weed, ginseng, Ashwagandha… you name it. Tongkat ali is one of the few supplements for men I tried that actually works for me (maca is pretty good too, will make a separate review for it). I have four kids and a very demanding full time job. I’ve been trying to get the habit of getting my workouts before work every other day. This can be a struggle as I'm often too tired to hit the weights as hard as I would like. I do also have a very demanding wife and I’m afraid the lack of energy was leaving her unsatisfied. I'm on week 3 of the dosage protocol (it needs to be cycled) and I'm definitely feeling a difference in my energy, strength and libido. During the first week I found much easier to wake up and pump the irons at the gym. On week two not only I was looking forward to wake up and start the day, I actually did my “marital duties” before the gym twice,. I noticed that I have more consistent erection during the night/early morning, and even intense sexual dreams. This is probably a “side effect” of the increased libido I am feeling leaner and stronger. My overall sense of well being and confidence is way up. There is a very noticeable difference between the days I am taking tongkat ali vs the days that I don’t. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get better workouts, perform better in bed or simply feel better and more enthusiastic about life in general.

I'm a 38 year old male and I took this for most of 2019. It definitely increases libido and sensitivity in that area and does so consistently over time, which is impressive. Early on I also felt a better sense of energy & playfulness that I would associate with higher testosterone. However after 9 months of taking this I had my testosterone checked and it came back quite low. So low that TRT was offered. I don't think this did anything to make it low, but it clearly wasn't helping either. I was shocked considering I'm normal weight, exercise regularly, and eat a healthy diet, but energy wasn't great and headaches were a big problem so clearly something wasn't right. I stopped taking this at that point and began doing a lot of research on how to increase T, and trying things out. I began supplementing and balancing my intake of minerals. Magnesium and zinc are particularly helpful for T, but you need to balance them with the other minerals. In addition to that I got rid of endocrine disruptors like parabens, aluminum, and flouride from personal products (Brickell makes great products without these) and I now store things in glass or metal instead of plastic. I also started donating blood regularly to get my iron down. Men accumulate a lot of iron over time and it interferes with T production, even if the level is “normal” by medical standards (source: P.D. Mangan). Getting rid of that seemed to make a big difference for me. Finally beet juice and icing the boys/cold showers have a really similar effect for me to the tongkat and it's a lot cheaper. After doing these things for 3 months I had T checked again and it had almost doubled to well within normal range. Energy and stuff has been much better. I no longer need the Tongkat - in fact I can't take it in combination with the above stuff, can't even sleep at night the effect is so strong. Although I think the marketing about enhancing testosterone with this product is overblown, I'll still give it 4 stars because it is the best herbal remedy in this category for me, and I've tried lots of them (Genius Test, Ashwagandha, D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek, Tribulus Terrestris, Maca, DIM, and EVL Testosterone Booster). I also tried a cheaper form that was not nearly as consistently effective. If T is the problem though, get that fixed with the earlier stuff I mentioned instead of spending money on herbals that enhance the surface-level stuff but don't fix the root problem.

I'm a 60 year old male in pretty good shape. I work out 5 mornings a week doing both cardio and some weight lifting. I do lighter weights with a lot of reps and sets. I was feeling a bit run down and not seeing any gains in my strength or stamina, so I went looking for a supplement that might help. I read the reviews and decided to give this product a try. As recommended by the manufacturer, I take 2 capsules with my breakfast and another 2 capsules at dinnertime. The flavorless capsules are not too large and are easy to swallow. I am also cycling this product 4 weeks on followed by 2 weeks off. I'm seeing some good results with this product and schedule. My weight lifting shows some solid gains and my cardio stamina has picked up. Also, my recovery time seems shorter. (Meaning, I'm recovering from each workout a little quicker.) A BIG side benefit for me that my wife pointed out is that I have more energy and stamina in the bedroom. She's really happy about that! And you know what they say, "Happy wife, happy life". Thanks Herbolab for making such a good product.

When I first started using this product, it was a darker color, kind of a greenish brown and it was fantastic. Then they changed the processing method and now it is kind of a light brownish, almost cream color and isn't as effective for me as it used to be. Plus, now, it gives me a terrible case of diarrhea and I'm constantly running to the bathroom so had to discontinue use. I was told that the process is more advanced now, thus the difference in color but this newer version just isn't working out for me. The Herbolab black maca though is incredible and I highly recommend it.

This product is a complete waste of money. I purchased and used this product as directed exactly as instructions listed on the bottle. Before I started, I had my blood work done and tested my Total Testosterone base value as well as after I completed a full bottle. For anyone that doesn't know, Total Testosterone consists of Free Testosterone, Testosterone + Albumin, and Testosterone + SHBG. This test is definitive proof that any real company making claims of increased testosterone would use. It's quite obvious now that there is very good reason why this company does not have any data or proof the product works, it's because it doesn't. After comparing my Total Testosterone results both before and after a complete bottle of this falsely advertised product showed absolutely no change. All these reviews claiming this product works is based on opinion, not fact. Now that it's been proven factually this product does not do what it claims, hopefully others won't get screwed like I did. Should have known better when I realized too late this company only sells this product through Amazon or their own website. Any reputable company that sells products that actually work would be available through well known retail stores in the industry or other outlets. There is even a ridiculous youtube video from this company with some random guy making opinion based claims rather than real factual data. Not to mention the guy making the video is completely out of shape and has absolutely no idea about nutrition or health, much less anything about testosterone or how it works. Completely pathetic and laughable, both this product and this company are a complete joke!

If more men knew about this stuff the makers of Viagra and Cialis would be out of business in a year. THIS STUFF IS THE REAL DEAL. I thought it was BS. I have never been as BIG DOWN there! I have never "went" as long as I have while on this stuff (not even in my 20s and teen years) I am in the best mood all day long. Now To be 100% honest I do take Ginseng and Maca as well and that combo was working as well. BUT when I added the Tongkat it clearly made a giant difference. I seriously feel like a Champion lol It does take about 2 weeks to really feel it, so be patient. When it kicks in you will know (and your girlfriend or wife will know as well). AGAIN...It takes at least 2 weeks to kick in and for you to feel it. I think the guys who are claiming it doesn't work either were not taking it every day or not giving it enough time to work. Update... I did notice if I took half the dosage as some reviews suggested the effects were not as a pronounced. You still feel, but not as much. Do the 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon (as suggested on the bottle) and your will feel like a superhero. I am also doing the 5 days on 2 days off cycle as suggested on the Herbolab website.

I have been taking this for over a month now and the extra energy I feel while at work and working out is great! The pills are very easy to swallow and do not have any unusual order. I do wonder though if you are supposed to take four pills daily like the bottle says? I cycle on and off this product like so: 5 days on and 2 days off. I always take it with food and feel great throughout the day. It's more expensive than other competitors but I do not want to risk having other chemicals in my supplement. If it's one thing you don't want to go cheap on it's health supplements...you get what you pay for. Overall, I am very please with this supplement and will be buying more. Give it time though to kick-in, around two weeks or so.

We like the quality and efficacy of the product. It is really effective. Viagra and Cialis watch out!

I work long hours and exercise intensively most weeks and was really starting to feel the pace. I've tried a few other products on the market with no success but never Tongkat Ali so I thought I'd give it a go and after reading all the positive reviews for Herbolab decided to go with their product. It's quite expensive but you really get what you pay for, this stuff really does work! With other products I would think to myself is this making a difference and ultimately conclude that it wasn't but there's no thinking involved with Herbolab's Tongkat, you can literally feel the physical affects come on which for me was after the first week of taking it and have only strengthened after the second week of taking it. I'm feeling more energised, mentally more positive, training better and lets just say the wife is very pleased! Great product, made me feel like I'm 19 again, will definitely be buying more!

Makes me severely sick. Tried different dosages and eating well before yet no improvement. I did not have this experience with other products.

It's effective, to my surprise. The effects comes about after a week of consumption.

Been researching for best men supplement and came across this online, thus decided to give this a try. After taking for 2 weeks (4 days on & 3 days off), I noticed some changes. I have never been so BIG in my life, like literally BIG. I could last throughout the whole duration during bedroom sessions. I feel good all day. Might change my dosage to 5 days on and 2 days off but it depends on personal preference. Planning to get another bottle as the first bottle I bought to test out is running out.
