I waited to write a review of this pan because so many times a pan seems fine when you first use it, but doesn't hold up. This one however is still performing perfectly. It has retained its shape. Its non-stick properties are marvelous. After a year I used it yesterday for meatloaf and the burned on bits just slid off when I washed the pan. The rubber bits on the handles are still in perfect shape. I don't give out praise casually.
