Your analyses says "< 5 ppm lead" with 0.5gm serving it delivers 2.5mgm of lead witch is 500% higher than a California Prop 65. is it safe??

Less than five parts per million. It is absolutely safe. And I highly recommend and stand by this product.

It's expiry date depends on how well you store it, worse that could happen - shilajit dries up, you can avoid it by keeping jar close tight. Generally speaking you'd want to use your shilajit in next 12 months. Let me know Christopher if you have any other questions, I'm here to help.

Should I cycle on and off this product?

We recommend taking it once or twice per day for about 4-5 days in a week. We also suggest rotating it and taking a 4-month break after every month.
