Works well, nice and quiet.
When the OEM one goes out it sounds just like a bad power steering pump, never heard one sound like that before. Installing these requires the loosening of the engine mount bolts on the pulley side on many vehicles. Be sure to support the engine and be sure to not complete remove the bolts, usually you don't have to completely remove the engine mounting bolts, just back them out about a half inch. There are Youtube videos on how to do it.

Great value
I have a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country (LX) and this fit perfectly. Running really smooth. I installed it last month and getting the old one out is a pain. I recommend dropping the engine a few inches or you're going to find yourself cursing for the better part of your Saturday. That's eventually what I did and it and the old pump came right out. The new one took a little bit of wiggling to fit it in there but once it was in, the seal was tight. Make sure you use gasket sealer though, the rubber ring isn't enough on its own. I wasn't able to use a torque wrench in there because the fit is so tight but if you do do it 1/4 turn past wrench tight, you should be fine. My pump was leaking and making the belt squeak, now it runs like new. Couldn't be happier with this part. The price was great too.

Good value
So far so good. Not especially noisy. Works good. Have replaced the water pump in my 2006 dodge van twice in 150,000 miles. Fortunately it is an easy job.

Perfect!
Dont listen to the youtube guys that say you should drop the motor a few inches to get it in/out on a town and country.... Just loosen the pulley first, it has slots that allow you to move the pulley back past the mount on the shaft. comes right out! I applied a very small amount of silicone/rtv sealant to the pump side of the gasket, otherwise it will fall off everytime you try to put the pump on.

Solid for price, hope it lasts
The blades are definitely not metal. There was confusion in some answers about that. Instructions do not mention sealant, Gates websites do not have product-specific info about using sealant, but their general information clearly says not to use sealants. So I didn't use any. But it's nothing short of miraculous that the gasket appears to have seated because without sealant to hold the gasket in place during installation (thanks Dodge engineers for not putting that extra 1mm of needed clearance), the gasket wants to fall out of the "channel". I didn't want to lower the engine, so I wrestled it in and it does appear it landed where it was supposed to. So make your own decision about using sealant to hold it in place during installation.

Pump fit perfect, packaging sucked, pump/box was in white blister package, pump fell out of enclosed box and ground its way thru outer plastic packaging.
