I bought this 1 year ago and it had protected my OnePlus through many drops and tumbles. It actually survived a drop onto pavement, rolled 5 feet, and slid another 7 feet. No damage! (I have a screen protector too, not included). And despite my butter fingers it makes the phone nice and grippy. However, the bottom part of the case where the USB and speaker holes the material started to break off. I keep my phone in my pants pocket so I'm not sure if it contributed to the wear and tear.
