I ordered L and they give a great compression, leaning more to the too tight side but I prefer that than having the shorts not giving a strong compression.The leg muscles are the ones that are compressed, the crotch area is not that compressed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect fit *by J***F on December 16, 2017* Hamstring friendly. I wore these for 2 hours each time, less than once per week at the gym for 6 months, and they're now useless. Little hole keeps growing. Has graduated to large hole.
