I'm one satisfied customer! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits HP 255 laptop. *by I***R on 17 November 2022* A battery for my HP 255 G5. The original was beginning to fade, I was concerned that it was a 3 cell battery and most replacements, including this one, are 4. Finding a detailed spec for the laptop revealed that it could accept either (the case is the same), HP classify them as HS03 or HS04. This new battery fit perfectly and the laptop was able to identify it and began charging. I was able to use the Windows monitor system to confirm the expected voltage and capacity etc. Note that the battery was supplied in a completely discharged state but after fully charging it indicated 37.5 Watt hours, considerably more than the old original.
