All the repair kit items feel pretty cheap... for example the suction cup had like zero suction, but I managed to get it off.In the picture I attached you can see the plastic eyelet looks things are detached from the screen.... in the instructional youtube video that piece is suppose to be pre assembled to the phone... As it was the screws were near impossible to screw in and I'm pretty sure one of the screw holes is just wrong as screws won't go in it....
