You must be diligent and patient.I purchased mine for what I thought were mild bunions and bunionettes (although that still might be a byproduct) but James (developer of the strap) specified I have mallet toes. I've had the straps for a couple months now and had some issues with them initially (ripped at seams) but their customer service has been so amazing in trying to rectify the situation that I am still pleased with what I received. They are so willing to work with you to make you happy that I know they are honest and want you to have beautiful toes at the end of the day. Please reach out to them first before returning them...they are super accommodating.I will need to do an update on the product when I get a replacement for my faulty strap and have been using it for a longer period of time. So far though, I believe it did help alleviate the pain (see pictures of my feet) that I originally had before I started using it, but again, I will need to use it longer to straighten my toes out the way I want it. Currently, the only toes that seem to be a little straighter are the middle ones because those are the easiest to do.Buyers, please note that obviously, it's not a quick fix and that you should also change your shoes if you want to get results faster. I bought new shoes, stretched out my old ones, and strayed from wearing crazy high heeled shoes until my feet are healed. Then at night time while I'm watching TV I wear these straps. I used it for a couple weeks until the stretchy portion broke on both of them. It is not needed, or should be replaced with a stronger more stretch resistant material. In fact, I think it would work fine without the stretch part. I felt it was working on the toe on which I had surgery to correct hallux rigidus from many years of running. However the thing broke way too soon. Well that is knowingly misleading they do not even reach the toe after going around the ankle let alone extend far enough to attach to the velcro. Yeah if you can figure out how to put both of them together they would be long enough for one foot. I bought these because there is one for each foot and supposedly fit a mens size fourteen. I would avoid these if your foot is anything above a mens size 10.A Full refund was issued and excellent communication and customer service. That said the sizing on these is off .
