Can this product be used on a 2012 Harley Davidson street glide

This will work with anything that has a 12v power source. It is small enough that it will fit pretty much anywhere on the bike.

Note 1 not understood. Will it work on honda, yamaha 125cc for movement siren alarm?

Check/count the wiring inputs at the ignition switch with a multimeter to determine if your electrical system is AC or DC. Note 2 is the operaton of alarm system by default !
