The regular version has the building, stairs and chandelier. The Gift Set version CC3042 has the additional Stella Hopscotch rabbit figure in an outfit unique to this set, plus the lovely bed set and dining set in the warm white coloration that were specially created for this set only. This allows you to start with the gift set and if you wish the manor to have more rooms, later buy the regular set to stack alongside or perhaps even above to make a 4 -storey (the roof is detachable).
