Six pack comes with 6 sets of a handle, wide refill, moderate refill, and tight refill. They come in 3 colors which is nice for a family. The handle is a bit slim for big hands; however, it's fully functional and comfortable. It seems to have a high-quality material. I wish the refills were longer for people with bigger teeth, and bristles were longer to cover more area. I prefer this over disposable to save Earth for future generations.
