The Univ Power Group Replacement WKA12-5F is a sealed lead acid 12V 5Ah battery designed for maintenance-free, reliable backup power. ## Description

Commonly used for UPS battery backups, security and alarm systems, emergency lighting and many other application, this battery is fresh from the factory. This battery contains a proprietary grid alloy formula allowing for improved performance from the battery. AGM (absorbed glass mat) construction allows for maintenance-free operation when properly connected to a UPS or other suitable device. You receive a 12v 5ah battery with 12V, 5aH and .1875 terminal (or commonly referred to as a "T1" or "F1" faston terminal). Dimensions (in): 3.54 x 2.76 x 3.98.

Review: GREAT REPLACEMENT - Although the longevity is not known (just replaced old battery), this battery looks promising because as soon as it was hooked up to the central hub that runs door security and smoke alarms, the system was activated and hence now the operating system is up and running. The older battery (maybe ten years old) indicated "low-battery" on key pad, and so to sell a condo the smoke detector portion had to pass. Battery is reliable.
