Uni-directional microphone pattern, minimize the surrounding noise. Powered by it's own jack and no batteries required. NOTE: While using the product, please make sure that the music playing machine is properly on and the input jacks work correctly. Microphone's wire should be properly fitted to the machine so that there is no disturbance or issues. Also ensure that the that the power is on.

It’s not cheap or junky - it has a rugged feel. I use mine with a small mixer that has an equalizer to control high and low frequencies, gain, and volume. With an equalizer - or ‘eq,’ you can get any microphone to sound professional. I like to pour myself a cup of coffee, and spend a little time testing out a new microphone, adjusting gain and frequency levels until the sound is coming through strong and clear with no background noise. Every microphone, regardless of quality or price, has a ‘sweet spot’ where it sounds perfect - and this microphone is perfect ☕️

I made a mistake and purchased this microphone with the connector so big that it doesn't fit the headphone jack on my computer. I should have read more carefully next time.
