Review: Nice useful ottoman bed - A very nice ottoman bed for the price. Assembly wasn't too bad, I built it myself in under an hour. The storage underneath is so useful. Don't confuse the metal u-shaped piece of metal at the end of the bed which is to hold the mattress in place with the strap that is included which is used to lift the bed. I read a review of someone using the mattress stopper to lift the bed then claiming when it came off in his hand the bed was broken...... no no no... the bed is lifted using a strap next to the mattress stopper. Overall I'm very happy with the bed 10/10

A very nice ottoman bed for the price. Assembly wasn't too bad, I built it myself in under an hour. The storage underneath is so useful. Don't confuse the metal u-shaped piece of metal at the end of the bed which is to hold the mattress in place with the strap that is included which is used to lift the bed. ### ⭐ Hydraulic arms locked

The bed arrived and seemed really good until I tried to attach the hydraulic arms. They are completely locked in place and I am unable to put the bed down. I had temporarily removed them but upon speaking to Amazon they won’t send replacement parts and nor will they acknowledge the product is theirs but can’t find anything to contact the seller? Only option is to completely dismantle the bed and arrange a return which is massively inconvenient. After scrolling through reviews I noticed this is a common problem! DO NOT BUY!!!
