The UPS broke that one to. I could hear the glass shattering when she threw it down. I was heartbroken. I told the manufacturer and they are sending me another clock! You can’t get service like that these days. They were so kind and gracious. But this time I’m going to pick it up at the UPS with my ring doorbell and let them see and listen to what happened. I was really heartbroken over this clock, it was exactly what I wanted. It sounded good, clock hands were large enough to see and I have the perfect spot for it.
