    You will get hurt.

Do not buy. The grip becomes very spongy and you will not be able to maintain your grip or form.  My left wrist caved inward as I did push ups. I’m surprised I did not break my wrist. It’s still very sore. Save your money and buy something that has a permanent grip.  I wish I could return them. Oh well learn from my experience.

Very sturdy and just the right hand comfort level for deep push ups. I have a slight hand injury and these allow me to do push ups with much less pain.  Would recommend!! I ordered 2 sets. Happy with this purchase.
