Then I used 3/8 threaded rods through the wall to connect both planks and harness the hooks. **Q: Does the unit just swing back and forth to go from pull up to dip? Or do you have to take it down and turn?** A: You need to lift it a short distance off of the upper brackets and just spin it and slide it into the lower brackets.
