This great little stove makes lampworking so much easier. Just heat your glass rods in this stove for about 15 minutes. Take one out and put it directly into the torch flame. The rod will begin to melt in seconds. No torch heating. Pays for itself in fuel quickly. Glass rod shock becomes a thing of the past. Once you use this warmer, you'll never lampwork without it. :) This Rod Warmer is for professional use only. It is not intended to be used in the home around children or pets. It gets hot on the outside and can cause burns if touched. Please keep this stove on a metal desktop or other nonflammable surface, and away from combustible materials, children and pets. Never touch the outside of the stove when it is on.

**Q: Can this be used to anneale**
A: Sorry, they don't get hot enough. And, you need a ramp down knob so you can slowly cool off your glass. We do carry annealers on our website.

**Q: Amps/watts? I just ordered one,curious how much cheaper it is to run vs my kiln.**
A: Not sure on wattage, but it’s really not a replacement for a kiln. It’s great to pre-warm glass before torching, especially if your glass is shocky. It only warms up to about 800*. I garage completed beads in my kiln at 920* before running my annealing program.
